The Sport- und Wellnesshotel KONRADIN is situated at the heart of the village of Kühtai. When you pull back the curtains in your cosy room in the morning you will first see the magnificent snow-covered mountain peaks in the first sunlight and take a look at the perfectly groomed ski pistes. After strengthening yourself at the breakfast buffet you will already stand at the first ski lift and at the ski school a few hundred steps away where your ski offspring is taken care of.

On 2,020 metres, snow is guaranteed from the beginning of December to the end of April. The ski regions Kühtai and Hochoetz (Ochsengarten) are connected by a free bus transfer. Ski school:
100 meters from the hotel there is the 1st ski- and snowboard school in Kühtai with a versatile range of courses.
Ski and boot storage
At the Sport- und Wellnesshotel KONRADIN you will also find a ski and boot storage room. There is also a ski boot warmer so you can put your shoes on all dry and warmed and then paint the pistes red.
Adventure off the piste
Skiing and snowboarding around Kühtai and Hochoetz is pure pleasure, but also off the piste there is a lot to discover. Since the first Winter Youth Olympic Games, the KPark has become known worldwide. The young freestyle generation and international teams, but also big names regularly come there for jibbing. The freestyle park is divided up in four areas and offers rookies as well as pros of all ages everything that the freestyler’s heart desires. The big freedom can be found with freeriding and tours.
